The MAPA team is delighted to provide Private Group Tours by appointment to members and non-members.  These tours last approximately 90 minutes, and include a presentation, followed by a detailed, Curator-led tour of the galleries and mansion. Tours may be customized for your group.  

Cost– There is a minimum charge of $100 for a private tour. This may include up to 10 people. Additional guests are welcome at a charge of $10 each. There is a maximum of 20 guests per tour.

Senior Groups – Senior groups may schedule a private tour for up to 10 individuals for a minimum charge of $50.  Additional guests are welcome at a charge of $5 each. There is a maximum of 20 guests per tour.

School Tours – School tours at MAPA are a terrific way to connect children to art and museums!  We provide an engaging program that includes a tour, a special program, and a takeaway.  We can also provide presentations that focus on the William E. Telling mansion.  School tours are $250 and include up to 30 guests.  School tours last approximately 90 minutes.

Tour Schedule – Private tours are available by appointment on Mondays through  Thursdays between 10am – 1pm.  Private weekend tours are provided subject to availability and add an additional $100 charge.
